Measure - Large automotive supplier required integration to an ageing legacy system in order to support increased demand for interactive business reporting systems.
Perform - GDS conducted a detailed analysis of the legacy system, related business processes, and the business requirements along with the C level vision. Once completed GDS developed and implemented a well defined cross platform solution designed to meet and scale to current and future challenges facing the business, while extending the life of the legacy system.
Excel - At the outset of this project it was revealed to the client there were several opportunities to enhance operations by refining business processes identified by GDS as being less effective. The outcome was nearly a 30% increase across all aspects of the business in overall efficiency.
